WHO DO DAYSPRING CLINICIANS SERVE?
- Children and adults ages 3 to 99+
- Persons with Oklahoma State Medicaid
- Older adults or disabled persons on Medicare with a secondary insurance (Medigap).
- Adult women with alcohol and other drugs problems. (Funded by the Department of Health Services (DHS) and The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services).

HOW TO MAKE
A REFERRAL?
Referrals are accepted from numerous sources
within the community such as: family members,
schools, community and state agencies, hospitals,
physicians, senior living complexes, Eldercare
or self-referral. Contact a DaySpring site in your area and request a screening for services.
