DaySpring services are provided by licensed mental health professionals, psychiatric physicians, nursing staff, and certified paraprofessionals. Referrals are accepted from numerous sources within the community such as: family members, schools, community and state agencies, hospitals, physicians, senior living complexes, Eldercare or self-referral. Contact a DaySpring site in your area and request a screening for services.

DaySpring uses highly qualified staff eligible for reimbursement by Medicare, Medicaid, and some private insurers. Payment for services is usually covered by the consumers' insurance. In some cases, the consumer may be personally responsible for all or part of the fees. Be sure to ask the DaySpring staff any questions needed to fully understand the payment for services. Please call the DaySpring billing department for additional assistance or information.

DaySpring has mental health professionals available 24 hours a day. These individuals can be reached by calling the regional service office and following the directions for assistance. For medical emergencies, call 911. If you are in supervised housing (nursing home or assisted living center), inform the staff of the emergency.
