To be a clinician working for DaySpring you must have a Masters Degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible for a professional license as a Licensed Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Social Worker.

Although clinicians are paid based upon their performance, DaySpring offers a comprehensive benefit package. Utilization Review Manager

Immediate openings available at Clarksville, Rogers, Conway, Morrilton, Little Rock, Russellville, Trumann and other Clinics throughout Arkansas.
   

Description: Full-time position for Licensed Registered Nurse to serve as integral part of UR team, to submit and monitor on-line requests for managed care service authorizations. 

Qualifications include: at least one year of applicable direct care experience in mental health setting, intermediate level computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience handling managed care authorizations for services, and experience preparing and reviewing clinical documentation.

Duties include: processing and monitoring on-line authorizations for services, assisting Physician and Clients regarding medication issues, and monitoring chart documentation to assure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include: planning, organizing, and directly administering a variety of recreational/therapeutic activities for agency clients.
